Jim is heading the newly formed B2C unit within a company that has acted B2B since 1919. Before this position, Jim has served more than 20 organizations as an advisor. He has a passion for topline growth and is normally appointed to identify strategy, drive customer orientation and develop organizational readiness for change.
The consulting background makes Jim relevant to apply findings from one industry in another. He is a conceptual thinker and pursue complexity, e.g. interdisciplinary studies, cross-functional projects and international market scope. Jim is motivated by influencing others and he often uses data and status quo confrontation to do so.
